Normalize the machine specification
Compare machine type, cleaning path, tanks, battery chemistry and capacity, charger, accessories, dimensions, warranty and documents. Separate optional equipment from the base configuration.
Calculate landed cost consistently
Use each supplier’s current quotation and include freight, insurance, duties, import handling, inland delivery, taxes and payment costs as applicable to your market. Do not compare factory prices with delivered prices.
Include service and downtime assumptions
Estimate parts, consumables, technician time, training, warranty process and expected availability using your own operating data. Ask each supplier to specify response channels and parts lead times rather than assuming them.
Assess compliance and documentation
Confirm the applicable documents for the exact machine and destination. Check the responsible economic operator, language needs and customer procurement requirements with qualified local support.
