Private-label success depends on a repeatable product configuration and a clear approval process. Confirm the machine, branding, documentation and after-sales package before committing to a launch plan.

Define the target application

Specify floor area, aisle width, floor material, soil, cleaning hours, tank needs, battery preference and the customer segment. Use these requirements to shortlist a walk-behind model.

Lock the technical configuration

Ask the manufacturer to identify the exact model and configuration in the quotation, including battery and charger, brush and squeegee options, dimensions and included accessories.

Approve branding and artwork

Document logo files, placement, colors, labels, language versions, packaging and manuals. Request a proof and written approval stage before bulk production.

Validate the sample

Inspect cleaning performance on a representative floor, maneuverability, operator controls, noise, charging, packaging and service access. Record issues and agree on any revisions before repeat orders.

Prepare local support

Confirm spare parts, maintenance instructions, warranty handling and technician training. Keep the approved specification and artwork revision linked to each purchase order.
